woah dennis duffy is in the first episode of svu, which i’ve never watched before until now woah.
i think jj abrams is competent enough but come neither he nor his producing partner saw it like fuck off man. if your gonna make a movie at least take some time to watch and at the very least make an attempt to appreciate the source material. it’s disrespectful in the main.

so like seven episodes into voyager and janeway is the only character i give a shit about also they put me to sleep riiiight quick and every time i am just thinking “damn why is this not ds9 come on”
it gets a lot better
it’s probably one of the poorer written shows (lotta character inconsistency, the holodecks run on a separate power system to explain why they keep using the holodecks, they have 10 shuttles which have exploded 100 times) but they do some really cool stuff with the doctor and 7 of 9 and b’elanna and janeway and tom paris in terms of development
that’s good to hear. i’m gonna stick with it for now and we’ll see how it goes but i don’t think i’m gonna be necessarily excited about it.
